How to reach us
Write to kontakt@qreska.com. There is no contact form here, because we would rather not collect anything we do not need: a message from your own mailbox is enough, and it is already clear where the reply should go.
We read everything. We usually answer within a few working days, complaints within 14 days, and anything about personal data within the period the GDPR sets, which is one month.
What people write to us about
For the first three, the answer is on the site and you will get it faster there than from us.
- A GTIN or EAN number for a product. We do not issue numbers and cannot allocate you one; GS1 does that, and the GS1 fee calculator works out what it costs.
- A code that will not scan from the print. The usual causes and the dimensions to print at are covered in the guides.
- More than 50 codes at once. Today that is bulk generation; larger lists are planned, and we will write about them when they are ready.
- A mistake in a code, in the text or in a calculation. Please do write about those, ideally with the address of the page and what was in the form.
- Removing an address from the waiting list, access to data, an objection to processing. The privacy policy sets out the rules, but an ordinary message is enough.
- Reporting abuse: a code that leads to fraud or impersonates somebody else's number or bank account.
